Sunny Side Occupational Therapy is led by Elektra, a passionate Occupational Therapist who brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. As a neurodivergent therapist, Elektra offers a strengths-based, affirming approach that prioritises understanding, collaboration, and meaningful participation in everyday life.
Sunny Side OT is located on the Mid North Coast, near Coffs Harbour, and supports people to navigate daily challenges in ways that feel authentic, empowering, and sustainable. Services are tailored to each individual, recognising that there is no “one size fits all” approach to wellbeing, independence, or participation.
Elektra is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive space where clients feel heard, supported, and valued.
MY SERVICES
Sunny Side Occupational Therapy provides person-centred occupational therapy supports for:
Neurodivergent older adolescents, and adults
NDIS participants (Plan Managed and Self Managed)
Older adults accessing supports through Aged Care providers
- Private clients
Services include:
Functional capacity assessments
Support with daily living skills
Sensory processing support
Emotional regulation strategies
Executive functioning support
Minor home modifications
Capacity building and goal-focused therapy
Reports and recommendations to support funding and care planning
- Assistive technology trials and reporting
All services are tailored to individual goals, strengths, and support needs.
MY FEES
Sunny Side Occupational Therapy accepts:
NDIS Plan Managed clients
NDIS Self Managed clients
Aged Care clients supported through approved Support at Home providers
- Private clients
Fees are in line with current NDIS and Aged Care pricing arrangements.
